Alessandro brings extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with executive roles across commercial strategy, marketing, sales and business development in international pharma companies. His background supports AxCellerate’s growth as a B2B partner for neuroscience drug development.
Nicoletta is an entrepreneur and innovation leader with strong experience in founding and developing technology-driven companies. Her background in industrial innovation and the Swiss business ecosystem contributes to AxCellerate’s strategic development and positioning.
Paolo is an expert in preclinical research for neurological disorders and one of the key scientific minds behind the NEUROCHIP technology. His work supports the scientific foundation of AxCellerate’s Brain-on-Chip approach.
Andrea specializes in micro- and nanotechnologies, laser-matter interaction and advanced microfabrication. As CTO, he contributes to the technological development of AxCellerate’s platform and its application in preclinical research.
